Quality tests with criteria such as compressive and tensile strength, kink-resistance and seal tightness offer you complete assurance. All hoses are also certified as safe for drinking water. Hose connections reliably link your hand shower to the water connection in your wall. Our latest master stroke is featured in the image opposite: the Rainfinity wall connection. This product connects the water supply to a shower shelf with integrated shower support, which can be positioned either on the right or left. It’s a minimalist solution that makes your showerplace look tidy and has impressive practical functions. For example, it offers you plenty of space for soap, shampoo and anything else you might need. Other FixFit wall connections, also in neutral designs, can also be adapted to suit your needs: There are models with a non-return valve for bath tub installations – this ensures used water cannot get back into the pipelines. Or ones with a ball joint to prevent any annoying twisting of the hose.

The length of the shower rail is based on whether you shower in the bath tub, have a separate shower area or whether you are part of a family who are all vastly different in height. Which one do you need? 1.25 m is the best length for the bath tub, as this ensures there isn’t too much hose in the way when you’re in the bath. 1.60 m is the perfect size for the shower. It allows room to move and ensures a comfortable showering experience. A 2.00 m length offers plenty of leeway for showering when standing in the bath tub. This way, even though the tap is mounted low down, you can still enjoy a good shower height.
Clean your shower hose with any mild bathroom cleaner available in the shops. If you live in a hard water region, use a citric acid cleaner. High-quality plastic hoses, like the ones from the hansgrohe brand, are inherently easy to clean and hygienic because they lack grooves where limescale and other residues can build up.
