i-Club Members

As a manufacturer, we do not offer any installation services for hansgrohe products. In the event that you would like to engage a plumber to install your hansgrohe products, you may wish to consider engaging an i-Club member.

i-Club members are a selected group of third-party independent plumbers who have received technical training on our products. The services rendered by i-Club members are chargeable by them, and they would be able to advise the cost.

You are under no obligation at any time to engage the services of i-Club members to install hansgrohe products and also advised to do a price comparison between the prices quoted by i-Club members and your own plumber contacts (if any) before deciding on the plumber to engage.

  • Customers are under no obligation to engage them for installation works and should check the market rates with other service providers before deciding. 
  • The above i-Club members have received professional technical training on both HANSGROHE & AXOR products. However, Hansgrohe Pte Ltd does not assume any liability to installation works carried out by them. 
  • Installation works carried out by them will come with 30 days workmanship guarantee
  • Customers may contact them directly within 30 days from the installation date to address any technical issues. 
  • If you wish to make a warranty claim against manufacturing defect (strictly on product functionality issues), kindly contact our appointed service company instead.
