As a manufacturer, we do not offer any installation services for hansgrohe products. In the event that you would like to engage a plumber to install your hansgrohe products, you may wish to consider engaging an iClub member.
iClub members are a selected group of third-party independent plumbers who have received technical training on our products. The services rendered by iClub members are chargeable by them, and they would be able to advise the cost.
You are under no obligation at any time to engage the services of iClub members to install hansgrohe products and also advised to do a price comparison between the prices quoted by iClub members and your own plumber contacts (if any) before deciding on the plumber to engage.

The above iClub members have received professional technical training on both hansgrohe & AXOR products. However, Hansgrohe Pte Ltd does not assume any liability to installation works carried out by them.
Installation works carried out by them will come with 30 days workmanship guarantee.
Customers may contact them directly within 30 days from the installation date to address any technical issues.

Hansgrohe appointed Service Company shall endeavour to resolve the Warranty Service Call within 4 working days upon received of the service call.
