Are you a bathroom expert requiring in-depth information on the products from the AXOR and hansgrohe brands? Please visit our specialist partner portal. Our PRO website also features a comprehensive product catalogue, bathroom planning information, tips and tricks for consultation, planning and installation and much more.

Whom should I contact if I have complaints about hansgrohe?

hansgrohe distributes its products to its customers via wholesale distributors, specialist dealers, and retailers. This therefore means the customer has a warranty claim primarily against the direct seller, i.e. against the retailer/seller, not against the manufacturer. So please contact your contractual partner within the first two years of the warranty, after that you can contact us.

Can I send in my hansgrohe product for repair?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to send in your product for repair. Please contact your installer. Find dealers near you in our Showroom locator.

What do I do if the hot and cold water pipelines have been switched?

We need the article number or a photo of the product so that we can check whether the water flow can be corrected in the tap. Please send us this information via our contact form.

My hand shower/shower head is dripping. What can I do?

If the shower head does not empty at all or does not empty fully after the shower, this process may occur after a few minutes or hours.
It depends on the surface tension of the water. Please therefore try the following tips:

  • If your overhead shower is fitted with a ball joint, you can speed up the emptying process by tilting the overhead shower downwards after showering.
  • Carefully running your hand across or wiping the spray nozzles with a shower squeegee speeds up the shower head emptying process because it disrupts the surface tension of the water.
  • We also recommend regularly descaling the shower heads, as this can also have a positive effect on the emptying process. This video demonstrates the correct descaling procedure.

The diverter on my concealed installation bath mixer does not automatically return to its original position. What can I do?

The diverter's O-ring or plunger are either dirty or require lubrication. Both must be cleaned, if necessary, and lubricated using silicone grease.

Only a small amount of water is flowing from my tap. What can I do?

A dirty aerator can cause low flow performance. You can find a detailed description of how to clean it here.
